Returns, shipping and exchanges policy
At Fútbol Auténtico, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we clearly explain how shipping, returns, and exchanges work in our store.
Shipping
- Domestic deliveries are handled by Correos de Costa Rica. International orders are shipped securely with DHL.
- Orders are shipped within two business days after payment is received.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number in your email.
Returns and exchanges
- We only accept returns if the delivered product is different from the one ordered or if it has a serious defect not previously reported. We will always specify the condition of the product (new with tags, used in excellent condition, used with minor imperfections, etc.) and ensure that the photographs accurately reflect the garment's condition.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or changes of mind. Each product listing includes exact measurements so you can verify them before purchasing.
- If we make a mistake with your shipment or there is a serious defect, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. We will refund your money and shipping costs if we have made an error.
Important considerations
Some of our producots are unique, retro, or pre-owned. It's possible and perfectly normal for them to have minor cosmetic imperfections due to use or age. We always try to describe the condition of the product as accurately as possible and show it clearly in the photographs.
