1. Are the t-shirts original?
All our t-shirts are 100% authentic. Occasionally, we may have official reissues, which will be clearly marked as such. If you ever need more photos of a t-shirt, please don't hesitate to contact us.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We dispatch all international orders with DHL Express to over 50 countries, with a flat rate up to 2 kg and full door-to-door tracking.
3. How long does it take for shipments to arrive?
We ship orders within two business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number from Correos de Costa Rica via email.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and SINPE mobile.
5. Can I exchange the size or the product if it doesn't fit?
We do not offer exchanges for size or change of mind. The measurements for each shirt are detailed in the description so you can compare and choose accurately.
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered due to our error or with a serious defect that we overlooked, please contact us to begin the return process. We will refund the full amount paid and cover the return shipping costs. To do so, please contact us within the first 3 calendar days after delivery.
6. How should I care for the t-shirts?
We recommend:
– Wash t-shirts preferably by hand and in cold water. Avoid using a washing machine, and if you do, use a delicate cycle and turn the shirt inside out.
– Do not use fabric softener. Soaking shirts for too long can also weaken the prints or namesets of the garment.
– Air dry in the shade to avoid direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
– When storing them, it is best to avoid metal hooks as these can rust and stain the shirts.
